Royal Wharf is a mega development jointly introduced with Oxley Holdings,  developing an entire town in Silvertown, London. The development comprises 3,385 new units and incorporates a high street, side streets, mews, shops and takes inspiration from the classic great estates that emerged in London’s Edwardian and Victorian times. The size of Royal Wharf and its position on the Riverside allows it to establish a character of its own.   

Alltech Roofing are constructing the entire roofing package on the development and this ranges from an Alumasc Hydrotech inverted roofing system, warm roof construction to podium tanking. Finishes include bio diverse roofing, green roofing, eco decking to terraces, pavings and ballast. Other scope items include the design, supply and installation of abseil points, davit sockets, mansafe systems, PPC perimeter cappings. Associated roofing package spans 22,000m2
