Eland House is a grade A office development located 150 metres from Victoria station, London and comprises 10 floors of large floor plates and roof terraces from level 6–11. Alltech are providing 7,000m2 of Hydrotech Inverted Roofing to 6 levels on the development. Extruded polystyrene insulation will achieve U Value 0.15 w/m2k and finishes include paving’s, ballast and irrigated semi intensive green roof finishes.
