Grosvenor Place project involves the complete demolition of a large six-storey office building in a prime location in London’s Belgravia, overlooking Buckingham Palace, to make way for a new ultra-modern private hospital.

The client is Cleveland Clinic, a leading US-based hospital group, which bought the building in 2015 for around £300m.
Alltech Roofing’s scope of work on the project includes the design, supply and installation of, Radmat Inverted Roofing System (insulation U Value 0.18 w/m2k; compressive strength 500Kn /m2K). Including a Ragupul 800 heavy duty rubber crumb acoustic layer for acoustic and sound absorption requirements. Finishes includes paving and gravel ballast.

Superstructure wrap around terraces include Radmat Inverted Roof system and reconstituted paving on pedestals.
 Roof construction to lower areas such as lower ground floor and service yard includes Radmat Permaquick and Sika cold applied waterproofing system.
